Spare Hands Cleaning, LLC, an established business since 2000, provides standard and detailed housekeeping services for residential and commercial. Services are provided on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one time basis. We also provide services for move ins, move outs, foreclosures, model homes, hoarder clean outs, organizing, window cleaning, and grievance cleaning. If a service is not listed, please feel free to ask.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of the cleaning that was provided to you, we will do our best to rectify the issue immediately.
All of our housekeeping staff are covered with liability insurance, bonding insurance and worker's compensation insurance. All of our staff are W-2 employees.
Spare Hands Cleaning, LLC provides our housekeeping services in St. Mary's, lower -mid Calvert, and Southern Charles counties in Maryland.

Here are some of the tasks performed to name a few at a continued standard maintenance cleaning: Please note that each customer has their own cleaning needs, and that is why we customize a task list for each customer. Our professional housekeeper will:
Dust all furniture in each room that is requested by the customer.
Vacuum all carpeted areas including stairs.
Wet mop all hard floor surfaces including stairs.
Wipe clean the stair rails.
Clean bathrooms/complete cleaning.
Clean exterior of kitchen appliances and wipe down counter tops, clean sinks and faucet fixtures.
Clean exterior of kitchen cabinets quarterly, and spot check and wipe clean at each cleaning.
Change bed linens if requested.
Make beds if requested.
Dust all fan blades.
Dust pictures/wall hangings, clean interior windowsills and during a rotation/cycle cleaning.
Dust and wipe clean exposed baseboards and window blinds during rotation and cycle cleaning.
Empty trash container in each room if requested.
Clean exterior of washer & dryer.
